Celebrate the legacy of the Warhawks with the VFA-97 Heritage Shirt. Established as Attack Squadron 97 (VA-97) on June 1, 1967, the Warhawks have built a distinguished combat history spanning nearly six decades of Naval Aviation.
Over the decades, the Warhawks have flown the A-7 Corsair II, F/A-18C Hornet, F/A-18E Super Hornet, and today's F-35C Lightning II. Their combat history includes Vietnam and operations Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom.
This heritage design celebrates the aircraft and combat history that have defined the Warhawks across generations of Naval Aviation.
