Celebrate the legacy of the Golden Dragons with the VFA-192 Heritage Shirt. Established as Fighter Squadron 153 (VF-153) on March 26, 1945, the Golden Dragons have built a distinguished combat history spanning more than 80 years of Naval Aviation.
Over the decades, the Golden Dragons have flown some of Naval Aviation's most iconic aircraft, including the F6F Hellcat, F8F Bearcat, F4U Corsair, F9F Panther and Cougar, FJ-4B Fury, A-4 Skyhawk, A-7E Corsair II, F/A-18 Hornet, and today's F/A-18E Super Hornet. Their combat history includes Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom.
This heritage design celebrates the aircraft and combat history that have defined the Golden Dragons across generations of Naval Aviation.
