VFA-143 Pukin’ Dogs Heritage Shirt

Celebrate the legacy of the Pukin’ Dogs with the VFA-143 Heritage Shirt. Called to active duty as Reserve Fighter Squadron 871 (VF-871) on July 20, 1950, the Pukin’ Dogs have built a distinguished combat history spanning more than 75 years of Naval Aviation.

Over the decades, the squadron has flown some of Naval Aviation's most iconic aircraft, including the F4U Corsair, F9F Panther and Cougar, F3H Demon, F-4 Phantom II, F-14 Tomcat, and today's F/A-18E Super Hornet. Their combat history includes Korea, Vietnam, operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Inherent Resolve.

This heritage design celebrates the aircraft and combat history that have defined the Pukin’ Dogs across generations of Naval Aviation.
