Celebrate the legacy of the Kestrels with the VFA-137 Heritage Shirt. Established as Strike Fighter Squadron 137 (VFA-137) on July 1, 1985, the Kestrels have built a distinguished history spanning four decades of Naval Aviation.
Over the decades, the Kestrels have flown the F/A-18A Hornet, F/A-18C Hornet, and today's F/A-18E Super Hornet. Their combat history includes Provide Comfort, Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, New Dawn, Inherent Resolve, and Freedom's Sentinel.
This heritage design celebrates the aircraft and combat history that have defined the Kestrels across generations of Naval Aviation.
