Celebrate the legacy of the Eagles with the VFA-115 Heritage Shirt. Established as Torpedo Squadron 11 (VT-11) on October 10, 1942, the Eagles have built a distinguished combat history spanning more than eight decades of Naval Aviation.
Over the decades, the Eagles have flown some of Naval Aviation's most iconic aircraft, including the TBF Avenger, A-1 Skyraider, A-6 Intruder, F/A-18C Hornet, and F/A-18E Super Hornet. Their combat history spans World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and operations throughout the Indo-Pacific.
This heritage design celebrates the aircraft and combat history of the Eagles through their F/A-18E Super Hornet era. VFA-115 has since entered a new chapter with its transition to the F-35C Lightning II.
